Introduction: As a child, running around my grandmother's restaurant inspired me to become the multicultural chef I am today. Since graduating culinary school, cooking is the only career I have pursued. I am fortunate to have worked in some of the greatest kitchens in the world. From Beverly hills, to Napa, to Vegas and even as far as Indonesia where I experienced and fell in love with the new world spices, cooking techniques, and way of life. My style of cooking is a healthy fusion of traditional French, and Spanish flavors combined with the knowledge of nutrition to create the most balanced and bold dishes possible. Always making sure that the food is not only delicious,and nutritious, but beautiful as well. I especially enjoy preparing vegetarian and dietarily restricting dishes. I have a passion for food, health, and wellness that I want to share with the world.
