- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that I'm a trusting piano tuner/technician dedicated to giving good service at a reasonable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for servicing a piano is to do a visual inspection of the instrument 1st than try to get a history of Service on it from the customer. Than start setting up for the tuning or service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained by members of The Maryland Piano Guild. Bachelor degree. I'm also a former touring keyboardist for a national group.
