Introduction: I have more than 7 years of experience providing a range of mental health, and counseling services. I have an eclectic practice that tailor makes each therapeutic session to my client's unique needs. I offer individual counseling, couple/family/marriage/pre-marital counseling, grief recovery groups, as well as wedding officiant services, and motivational speaking engagements. I enjoy helping people live their best intended life. There is no greater joy that I have than seeing someone do the hard, but helpful work of personal growth, and standing back and marveling at how far they have come.

My then fiancé and I were very nervous about starting pre-marital counseling for a myriad of reasons. However, David's mannerism, professionalism, and knowledge soon put us at ease. He made us comfortable and easily built a rapport. I would highly recommend him...his candor, care, and breadth of knowledge are hard to find. He always made time for us. And while any good therapy will take you through it, he will not leave you there alone. He guides you through the process and helps bring you out at the end. It also helps that he's pretty funny!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Currently I do not take private insurance for couples or individuals. The individual rate is $95 per 50 min. session, $120 per 50 min. couples session, and $160 for a 75 min. couples session. I accept cash, checks, and credit/debit cards.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters in counseling psychology with an emphasis in Family Therapy. I am also a certified grief recovery specialist and crisis intervention specialist.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a wide range of clients who have presented with a variety of mental health related issues including persistent mental illnesses, ADHD, mood disorders and psychotic disorders. I also see many couples for marriage/relationship counseling, and individuals who have a range of psychological disorders including adjustment disorders, anxiety and depression.
