- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We may not always be the least expensive option, but we will provide you with the best value. We treat all of our clients like family.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to meet new people! When at all possible we like to meet all of our potential clients face to face during the estimate process. During our estimate visit we will explain in detail our approach to each project.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would like to encourage all of our customers to be sure they are thoroughly vetting the company they chose to wash their home. Long after the cleaners are gone, you will have to spend time there... make sure the company you trust 100% stands behind their work. The least expensive option is not always the best.
