- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For home sellers, I require 6% of the contract price as a commission for my services. If I'm working with a buyer, I require 3% of the contract price as my fee, but typically that fee is recovered from the listing agent splitting the commission with the buyer's agent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can meet prospective clients anywhere they like. Home, a restaurant or coffee shop, or at a home showing, anywhere that works for the client. Then we discuss what the client is intending to do and tailor the process from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Accredited Buyer's Representative and Seniors Real Estate Specialist Designations. Everyday working in real estate brings something new, so I'm always learning.
