- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All quotes are different and vary on a variety of factors. Initial quote is just an estimate..in order to give a more accurate quote we request that a potential client give us as much information as possible about the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We welcome all new and past clients.. and request that clients give us as much information as possible about the event they would like to host. The first step is gathering all your ideas/wants and needs between phone calls/emails..and finalizing a quote/cost figure. Once you agree on the costs, we then set up a meeting for contract signing/Deposit/ venue walk thru etc. We have a very simple process and are very flexible when scheduling appointments/meetings/phone calls.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have extensive Customer Service/business management backgrounds as well as lots of knowledge in all things Crafty!!!
