FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies per job, and I will do whatever I can to make sure I fit within your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do my best to make sure that the client and I are on the same page in terms of communication, pricing, wants/needs, etc. After establishing exactly what is needed and the estimate is approved, I like to meet with my clients face to face to map out what it is we are capturing for them. Communication is very important to me and I do my absolute best to remain as transparent as possible from the time we first start communication to the day the final files are delivered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent 4 years studying photography at the Kansas City Art Institute. Since then I've worked for several commercial studios, as well as worked as an in house staff photographer for a few years. I have extensive knowledge of studio lightning, lighting on location, and post production/retouching.
