- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base the pricing on an hourly rate. After I gather information about the job, EX: travel distance, number of animals, services requested, etc..., I will give you an estimate of the time to complete the job. I guarantee that my estimates will be within 10% of the actual time and you won't pay any more than that. I break down hours into quarters.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you accept my bid I will get in contact with you to gather more information about the job. Once I have all of the information I will make sure that the job is a good fit for both of us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working for an Animal Hospital for the past 6 years. During my time there I have done everything from cleaning kennels to assisting the Vet with surgeries. My experience at the Animal Hospital gives me the ability to know if there is something strange with your animal. If there is something strange with your animal I can take them to the vet of your choice giving you peace of mind while your pet is in my care.
