- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our private parties have a standard price with the ability to add on specialty items or services. Corporate events are determined by the amount of time required and what is needed from us during the event, as well as the amount of vendors required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer a phone conversation to determine if we are a good fit for a client. If I feel that we can be beneficial to the client, I like to meet to get all the details before creating a proposal for their review. Once all the terms have been decided on, I will send out a contract and obtain a retainer fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of on the job training on youth and children's events, productions, and holiday events. I have been the sole event planner for family services at a local church, but decided in January of 2016 to start my own company along with my best friend and partner in crime, Chastity
