- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is $35 per mover, per hour and this includes task such as; packing, loading, unloading, assembly and disassembly, and everything else associated with moving. We additionally move Piano and Safe for a $50 fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process differs depending on the needs of the client. Typically, upon contact with you, we'll ask for information about your move, including services requested, dates, times, locations, and amount of goods to be moved. We then discuss various options for your move, and give advice on how to accomplish your move within your limits. We pride ourselves on our creativity and flexibility in serving you. After discussing your available service options, we typically send an estimate that outlines our pricing and confirms your personal details. Once you receive your estimate, you can confirm it by responding to the estimate, or simply by calling us back and confirming. We then reserve your date and time on our calendar. A day or two before the move, we'll give you a call, and confirm the details of your move with you. The morning of the job, your assigned crew will arrive at the appointed time and begin your move, beginning with a walkthrough of the site, and a review of our policies. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our movers receive initial training during the hiring process in order to professionally pack, carry, load & unload trucks & containers, as well as how to use moving equipment. We also provide on-going training for our current movers, both on and off the job site, to ensure the quality of service remains high.
