- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can tell you over the phone (or via e-mail) what it will cost. We never do "open-ended" jobs where you get an unexpected bill. We want to be your computer repair company for life and treat you like family. Thus, our pricing is clear and fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Easy! FIRST, before we visit you, we ask questions. We may ask: Why did you call us? What is the problem and how long has it been going on? Have you done anything different lately such as install new hardware or software? SECOND, we give you a flat fee, not an estimate. THIRD, we come to you. That saves you time and hassle. FINALLY, if we discover you need more computer work, we give you a quote before starting. Nobody likes surprise invoices.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our techs are certified and college-trained. All work is guaranteed.
