Josh & Rick were excellent! As I was unable to attend to my back yard and the rains kept coming, it got quite overgrown with some weeds almost 3ft tall! I had always taken care of my own yard, so finding the right service was important to me. I wanted to hire a company that I could trust for reliable, knowledgeable service by people who care about doing a quality job for a fair price. ProLawn made the effort to keep in communication with me about getting over to provide me with a quote and service to follow, should I choose to hire them. It was a tough week for lawncare professionals to take on new customers and fit in quotes. Josh was backed up like other services, but made the extra effort to help me out. He and Rick were professional, upfront, fair, and enjoyable. I had read other reviews that they went above and beyond and they really did. First impressions are important in business, and these guys certainly left a good one on me! They asked questions, showed me the work when done, gave me suggestions, did MORE than I asked, and earned all my future business. I've hired them weekly! You will NOT be disappointed! Thanks, guys!
