- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After speaking with a customer to get some basic information, inspecting the roof in question is of the utmost importance. It allows me to determine the best way to repair issues and problems. It also enables me to take pictures of the issues and compile a comprehensive report to provide the homeowner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
American Roofing & Metal is a fourth generation family trade since 1914. Rick O'Toole the Lexington Branch manager has over 20 years experience in the roofing industry and has successfully run and grown the Lexington office.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Homes of all ages, from 1889 to newer builds. Shingles, specialty metals, commercial, industrial as well as churches and apartment complexes are all within our range of expertise.
