- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do instant-result swab tests, as well as lab-result air quality tests. Swab tests are cheaper than air tests, but there is a difference. Swab tests can help confirm if a spot you see is likely mold, but has no lab results to prove it. Air testing is the best way to get real answers you can use, whether you can see suspected mold or not.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk with each person to find out what their worries are and what they individually need. We do not hard-sell services you don't need.
