- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for work all depends on how many men, what the job entails, urgency of work, and other factors. I will provide a bid prior to work so the owner knows what to expect. Also, a project can be billed by the square footage for example I charge a 1.50per square foot for painting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a new customer will reach out to Smith Service's via phone call email, or text message. Then we will receive as much information as possible to give a bit over the phone if possible. 75% of the time we will do a home or property visit to give a a proper quote with the correct information. We will then return the bid within a week then within 48 hours of bid being sent we will reach out to the customer and ask if they have any questions or if you would like to set an appointment to complete the requested work.
