- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Platinium Photography & Films enjoy working with new customers. We will start by requesting as much details as possible of the customers event in order to obtain an idea of the type of work that will be done. We will then schedule a meeting with the customer to get to know each other and talk more about the event. Typically this meetings are scheduled in the place where the event will be held in order to see the area and better understand the request of the customer. We will then assist to the event the day/days requested and provide our services. Customers can expect to receive the end product in as little as 1 week depending on the type of event.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Platinium Photography and Films started working with family pictures and small events such as birthdays, baby showers, and other family events. We expanded our services to begin working as engagement and wedding photographers. We are still a growing business hoping to expand even further in this wonderful career as a photography company.

Platinium Films & Photography has worked with several customers of different cultures and all with different requests. We have manage to meet/exceed their expectations and provide a high quality service for them.
