- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$40-$45 an hour per per housekeeper. Duration of service is based on how large your home is and what needs to be done. An estimate of hours will be provided. Custom cleaning plans can be made to fit your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we ask a customer is what they are looking for. After we gain an understanding of what our customer wants from a cleaning service, we go over our procedures and provide an estimate. We review our product list and go over special instructions to add to their customized cleaning.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Not all cleaning companies are created equal. Tidy Teammates is licensed in NYS and insured. We have trained and background checked employees. We provide all cleaning supplies and our employees are professional cleaners. They know the best and most efficient ways of cleaning your home.
