- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our diagnostic service call is $50.00 and if we are hired to perform the repair then the service call is free. We sell parts required for the repair at our business price, we pass along our savings to our customers. Senior Citizens and Military are offered a 20% discount on a paid repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask the customer to provide us with the model and serial number for their major appliance that is in need of repair. In addition, the customer provides us with the issue or problem that they are having with their appliance as well as any past service history. This helps us understand how we can best serve our customers request for service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
