- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a formula we've developed over time to give customers a ballpark number at our first meeting, based on square footage and other important deck options. From there, we can provide a formal bid at the request of the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a face-to-face appointment with the customer, where we meet on-site, discuss the customer's needs and wants, take measurements, present decking samples, and look at railing and lighting options. We give the customer a ballpark number at the first visit, and then let them decide if they would like us to provide a formal bid.
