We employed "integribuilds" to repair or replace the balcony which is off of our master bedroom. We fully expected that it would need to be replaced. Keith, the owner, examined the state of the balcony and concluded that he could repair it. I was struck by the honesty of this man;s assessment. He could have easily told us that the whole thing needed to be replaced, therefore making a whole lot more money. The repair job he did was outstanding. Everything that was promised: timeline of the job; hours required to complete the work; materials needed etc., were all exactly as listed. We could not have been more pleased with the work and the way in which it was carried out. I still often step out onto my balcony and declare how much I love it. a job exceptionally well done!

I have enlisted Keith, owner of Integribuilds LLC., for 5 different jobs. He has done a beautiful job every time. He listens to want I want and makes it happen. He is very responsible. He shows up when he says he is going to start the job, He is a perfectionist and takes pride in his work. He's not the cheapest contractor out there but you have to decide if you want quality. I love working with him! (I worry about giving him too great of a review... He will get so busy, I won't get him back!) Jean

Keith finished an indoor staircase railing as well as a new 12 x 18 deck for us. He did an excellent job, attention to detail and finished it when he said he was going to finish it. I would highly recommend him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a formula we've developed over time to give customers a ballpark number at our first meeting, based on square footage and other important deck options. From there, we can provide a formal bid at the request of the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a face-to-face appointment with the customer, where we meet on-site, discuss the customer's needs and wants, take measurements, present decking samples, and look at railing and lighting options. We give the customer a ballpark number at the first visit, and then let them decide if they would like us to provide a formal bid.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
General Contractor, Class C (licensed in Littleton, Aurora, and Centennial), BBB-accredited business, Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering
