FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge 60 an hour for my work. The rate is for recording, mixing, and producing. As for teaching voice and piano lessons I charge 30 an hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first meet with them personally to found out what the album will be like. How many songs is it? What genre or genres? What will the instrumentation be like? What is the budget? How many artists will be on the project? What is your creative process? (I want clients to be ready to record and not waste time practicing during their session. It is wasteful for everyone. However I am open to new ideas being explored during the recording process). What times are good for your schedule? I ask these and more to really set up vision of the album before we start so I am able to complete an album for a client faster and therefore cheaper.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 3 years of experience in live sound and graduated Cum Laude from Colorado Christian University with a B.A. in Music. My emphasis was Music Production and Engineering
