- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge $40 per hour, but it sometimes depends on the type of work. I charge in 30 minute increments with no trip charges to save my clients money. Depending on the project there may be a disposal fee if i need to haul the trash, or materials fee if I use my on hand materials. Typically materials are purchased for the job and billed at cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically talk over the phone to get a good idea of what they want to accomplish, and address their questions and concerns. Set up a time and get the work done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors in civil engineering. So I know the engineering design of how buildings come together. I Have 7 years of experience as a maintenance technician and an another 1.5 years as a handyman. I've seen a lot, done a lot and solved a lot of peoples broken things.
