Nathan was very responsive in getting back to me and working around an April snowstorm. Wayne ultimately came by on a Saturday and did a great job on the items on my punchlist, as we got ready for an open house. He was on time and very friendly and I was able to get other things done while he was fixing some stairs, adding a garden gate, etc...
