Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from these jokers!!! I hired Nathan and his assistant to repair wall and flooring damage from a water heater leak in the laundry area, patch a crack in the wall and pop-throughs in the ceiling, and paint the entire ceiling and a large two-story wall. I have a problem with and don’t understand people who LACK INTEGRITY and TAKE NO PRIDE in their workmanship. When you discuss a job, of course you’re going to expect things to be done as agreed upon and in the correct way. All they do is blow smoke and don’t follow through on their word. Total CON-ARTISTS!!! Water leak repair: I don’t even know if Nathan or his assistant actually repaired the hole in the wall because it was covered with baseboard. They grabbed some old paint I had in the closet and painted the baseboard without consulting me on the color. It doesn’t even match the trim in the rest of the place. They also left glue on the walls from the flooring. They quickly put the washer and dryer back in the closet so I couldn’t see the poor job they did. Then they proceeded to paint the baseboard in the hallway with the same paint which stood out like a sore thumb. I asked them to repaint it with the correct color but they didn’t even cover the entire baseboard and got the trim paint on the wall. Painting ceiling and wall: A total joke! First of all, Nathan said they would cover everything to prevent paint splatter. They did an extremely poor job of this in which paint splattered on furniture, cabinets, appliances, and walls which they left behind. Secondly, they painted by free-hand. No tape was used to ensure crisp edges where the ceiling meets the wall. They were so lazy that they painted around the light fixtures and the smoke alarms by free-hand again instead of removing them or taping them off. Even a couple of tiny 3M Command Strips were left on the wall and painted around instead of removing them. You can see horizontal and paint lines plus paint blobs all over the ceiling including where it meets the wall and around the fixtures. After I asked them to repaint these areas, the problem was still not resolved and they had the audacity to try to explain it away with the lighting even though it was completely obvious. At this point, I just wanted them out! They also left a mess behind in the garage floor where they accessed and stored materials. Bottom line: LAZY and SLOPPY!!!!! I didn’t even hire the least expensive contractor but should have as they had way more favorable reviews. I can’t emphasize enough to stay away from these thugs!

Wow well alison we did the job to what you asked us to do i have pictures of all of the work we did if you had a problem with anything we diid you should have contacted me personaly, i would have been happy to take the base board off and would have showed youbthe whole was fixed , i have pictures of all the masking we put up the paintbyou wanted us to yse was old paint and was moldy we repainted the base to the colors you choose and excepted as the new color when you didnt like the color we rematched it i asked if you wanyed us to paint the trim in tge laundry room you said no it was ok you said that you where fine with the paint im sorry you feel this way about your job had you called me had you siad something that day we would have adreedsed it then now your coming three months later to post a bad review if you where so unhappy why did you pay me me ???????? You where in your car the whole time you came in and looked at things and where completly fine with everything as we went we painted your ceilling three times i told you from the start that because of the repaintin only certain areas of walls it would show a differince in the sheen of the paint between old and new i explaind the lines were not the lines we painted and to fix them we would have to also touch up the old walls with the new paint and you said no you didnt want to do that we patched holes and fixed things that we didnt even charge you for the laundry room floor was ruined i replaced your sub floor with a new sub floor that i dint charge you for doing i supplyed the labor and materials to do the project correctly we didnt paintbthe laundry room per your request not to cause you didnt want to pay for it had you given me a call about paint being on anything i would have come right out and taken care of it so you cant expect me to do anything if you dont call me and communicate with me about it

i will never give a estimate with out seeing the projrct i personaly bid every job i personaly work with my guys on every job to make sure quality is not sacrificed i look at every job so that yhe costumers know tge price i give them is the price tgey are going to pay with out any suprise cost
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first its the bid processes and getting to know each other and making sure we are both compatible with each other and that both sides have a clear unserstanding of the scopr of work and what is entailed in it
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have been in construction for 24 years i started out in the roofing trade and went from there to learning drywall carpet tile siding flooring painting and several other trades and to become the best i could possibly becomr in each one i take alot of pride in my accomplishments and the hard work i have put in to do that so that i could provide top quality work and raise the standards off what should be expect out of a contarctor
