- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I make things simple! For me personally, I know what my expectations are and I love communicating with people that are direct and to the point. This is why I created an all around base package to ensure each client gets the content they deserve for the right price. I initially start with a base package: 7 Minute Film 4K Ultra HD with Professional Audio 8 Hours of Coverage 1 Videographer (2-3 Camera Set Up) Drone Aerial Coverage Social Media Cinematic Highlight With this package, you will get everything all in one! Add on's are also available; such as Full Ceremony Edit and/or Full Speech Edit. You are in charge of what's important to you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will be spending the entire day of the most important day of your life with a vendor! Finding one that meets your personality is extremely important. First.. Let's not talk about business. The first initial phone call is me getting to know you as a person and you both as a couple. Why is this important? Your personality is what tells the story of the film. I love hearing how people fell in love. And that very connection, should be showcased in your final product.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Yes! Videography is important(: Don't second guess the opportunity to capture your day. But it is also important to know what style you are looking for, in terms of finding the right vendor. Questions you should ask are: -What is their style? -What will the pace of the film be like? -How will you capture my film?
