- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
standard pricing well my trip charges $60 and then we go from there
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to talk to the customer over the phone find out what's wrong given the rough and idea what we'd be dealing with I don't like to waste anybody's time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in multiple training programs through Sears, through Whirlpool through GE few other companies to name a few always updating my training as new machines come out to the public
