- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I currently offer 3 wedding collections with prices starting at $2,600. Each includes a full engagement session and all edited images delivered digitally and on USB storage. Collections can also be customized based on your needs and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with my clients to learn about their plans and build a quote that meets their needs and their budget. Once booked, with a 25% retainer paid, the pricing and date are locked in, and they are able to schedule the engagement session. I provide help choosing wardrobe and locations for the session and deliver the engagement photos digitally within a few weeks. I check in with my clients periodically in the months leading up to the wedding to see how planning is going and offer any help needed. Every couple and wedding are unique, so about 6 weeks before the wedding you will receive a questionnaire asking about all of the little details of the day so that I can help construct a timeline and shot list. About a month before the wedding we schedule a consultation either in person or via phone to go over the questionnaire and chat about my ideas for the plan I have created. I like doing this because then you know what to expect out of me on the day of and it is one less thing to think about. After the wedding I post a few peeks and then deliver the full gallery, both via a digital gallery and on USB storage, within 60 days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied photography from high school through college and still take continuing education courses. I do what I love, so naturally, I love to learn more about it whenever I can.
