- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge by the hour for portrait sessions and give discounts for extended sessions. These sessions include a consultation, edited images for color and exposure, and a online gallery for downloading, sharing and purchasing of the edited photos. As for wedding photos, we do have several packages to choose from to help accommodate varying budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client I like to spend time getting to know them. I feel that it is important to have a consultation session prior to the photo shoot to get to know my client and more importantly for them to get to know me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have no formal degree in Photography. I do have a lifelong history of taking photos and capturing amazing shots through my travels and working with clients. I attend workshops, wedding and portrait conventions, and take online training courses to make sure that I am current with photography techniques, trends, and current events. I feel that my portfolio of work is the best display of my talents and abilities.
