- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are determined by many factors and I do my best to quote as accurately and fairly as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to know dates/times/budget. If we decide to move forward after those questions are answered, the process depends on the event. If it's bridal I like to have a trial where we run through the look and products to be used on the day of. If we're doing a Quinceñera or Prom we plan the look. I try to find out your skin type, allergies and makeup preferences before we meet. Doing all of this helps to ensure that you'll be fully satisfied with my work and the entire experience as a whole.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified Makeup Artist and Instructor.
