Each project requires consultation, if there is a simple solution to the problem, it can be a significant saving to the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding their expectations before committing to a project. The fundamentals are what is the budget, timeline and scope of the work? Agree on start date, deadlines, payments. Update the customer on any potential delays or problems and on a regular basis throughout the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Studied construction engineering, property management over 15 years, constant self education on new techniques, tools and procedures.
