- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will do a free quote based on size, what all needs done, & the extent of cleaning that needs to be done. And, get to know the customer a little bit and make sure they're comfortable with me and okay with the pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing this my whole life but just recently started back part time. My sister in law also cleans.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My mom owned a residential and commercial cleaning service so that's what I did when I was younger.
