- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with our customers and pricing. We are new to Thumbtack so are offering special rates during the holiday season for a beautiful, sinful bartender/staff.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We emphasize customer service, We want to make sure our customer's needs and expectations are met. We listen to exactly what the customer is looking for, quote rentals, alcohol, and staff. I personally call the customer to confirm the details, provide a shopping list if needed, and answer any further questions they have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff are well trained, certified bartenders and servers that have undergone a full 40 hour training emphasizing basic hospitality needs and particularly TERRIFIC customer service!
