Training with Tracy has been wonderful! I don’t know if I just got lucky or if she always has small classes, but my class was so small that my dog and I got a lot of attention and were truly able to learn. Tracy is so helpful in providing guidance to both dog & owner and tailoring it to their specific struggles. Not only is she great with the set training for the class, but she always has an answer when you ask for advice in other areas as well. My dog and I have already learned so much. Her energy is amazing and she’s so helpful and such a pleasure to learn from. We’re finishing up our beginner class and I definitely plan doing intermediate and advance with Tracy as well!

Tracy has been AMAZING to work with. We’ve done one-on-one training at our home several times as well as participated in the group classes more than once. I highly recommend both! My dog and I have truly loved our time in each setting. Tracy creates a welcoming and warm community for both the humans and the dogs in the classes. She’s also incredibly knowledgeable about the ways dogs learn. She is so clear and committed. Most importantly, my dog, who is afraid of a lot of people, sounds and even the wind, LOVES Tracy too. She gave me hope that I could train him too and get my little guy more confident and happy! I am so grateful to Tracy! My family adopted a puppy during the beginning of the pandemic. We thought it would be nice for our current rescued chihuahua terrier dog to have a buddy. But, adding an additional furry family member posed many challenges, especially during a time when little socialization options were available. Thank you Tracy!

After getting our second dog, we realized that we needed some help. While our first dog was already trained, our new dog, Otto, was a door dasher, guarded the couch, and pulled and was slightly reactive on leash. It was making life a bit impossible. We had Tracy over for a few sessions and she showed us a variety of different tricks to try. She took the time to explain and demonstrate things and, after we had some time to practice, it finally started to click for me and Otto. Life is a lot easier now! We even make it out to Tracy's fitness class sometimes. We both have a great time. Thanks Tracy!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
*Private Dog Training* Every dog is different which is why it's important that I get to know your dog through an in person consultation before crafting your personalized training sessions. During this time I share valuable information that will help you create clear expectations for your dog as well as determine your dog's Behavior Level (Basic Obedience, Intervention, or Therapy). Prices vary based on level. Discount packages are available. *Group Fitness Classes* $20 Consultation Classes for as low as $15 each
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is a brief chat on the phone about your specific goals. This is at no cost to you. Next, we’d schedule your 90 minute in person consult, where I'll explain the foundations of my techniques, advise you on what changes should be made to create clear expectations for your dog, and share what tools should be integrated to set you and your dog up for success. During this time together I will also determine your puppy's Behavior Level (I,II or III) and we'll decide how many sessions will help you reach your goals.
