Introduction: I offer practice that is based on Pilates, Aerobics, Ashtanga and Ayengar yoga, and designed specifically for women. It has helped many women lose weight and increase flexibility, but most importantly it's a system that allows one to achieve the results she wants in a healthy and balanced way. Nutrition plays a role here too, so I offer nutrition advice based on individual needs of a client.
You cannot always control what goes on outside. But you can always control what goes on inside. You have power over your body and there's no reason not to start changing your body right now. Yoga teaches you control over your body and mind, ultimately - control over your life. Pilates helps you shape your body just the way you want it. Being a sculpture of your own body - that's what we're up to.
