I have been working with Brian for 5 weeks and I cannot recommend him enough. I am not a scale person but focus more on my waist line. He was able to work with me on my goals and establish a plan to acheive realistic measurements. I thought I knew enough about nutrition to get by but working with Brian has taught me way more than I thought possible. I would recommend him for anyone that is looking for honest feedback and realistic goal setting. I doesn't just over promise but helps people understand how to get results. I also like the fact that he doesn't just hard sale stuff to you. He is very upfront on his cost and what tk expect. I would recommend the 5 week program to start. I started with that and just extended for 6 months on the one call a month rate. Just for added info I was able to use my HSA to pay for this since he is a nutrition expert.
