I start by re staging your home. We will go over many ideas to make sure you are getting the look you want done right at your price.
Home staging
Alot of our clients have great furniture but want a new look. We come in go over all the furniture room by room with the client. Then threw a computer program we work with our clients to show them. Hey let's switch this up move this add this. We usually go threw 5-10 computerized formats before we say yes we got it. Then movers come in and we place everything in it's new home. This is where we start tweaking a few things may go a few accessories may come but it's amazing. You really do have a fantastic new home on your hands. The most important and repeated concept that I learned at NYU Interior Design school was placement placement placement. It is so critical. You can spend 100k place it all wrong it looks terrible you can spend a fraction go to flea markets refinish estate sales have your placement be on point and it's going to look like you spent 100k. It's the design of how you display your furniture that is more important than the actual furniture. Re- stagging for selling we have a warehouse filled with eclectic, midcenturt, vintage , modern and on we have a sample sale every year - two so our pieces ae always in top.notch shape. Your home looks like a home not rent a room. Houses staged well sell.for much more than am empty space. Cost varies and we work with you as we know this is a stressful time.
