FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always listen to what the client needs and try to develop a concept, either by collaborating with the client or on our own, then finalizing the idea until the client provides final approval. Then, we work out a production plan and make arrangements to have everything ready for the day of the shoot. During production, we adhere to our shooting schedule, but make room for last minute changes, if necessary. After the shoot, we usually deliver the raw footage to the client or if they wish for us to edit the footage, we typically deliver an initial cut within three days. After client approval, we usually deliver a master edit within a week's time, unless there are extensive special effects, which could extend the delivery time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
