What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a one hour FREE consultation for both my Health Coaching, Fitness Training, or combo if both are desired!
It is very low key and fun. I will ask you a bunch of questions, you will have the opportunity to ask me questions, and we will lay out a road map of how you can achieve your goals.
I believe that the personality match happens organically.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified PT through the American Council on Exercise.
I am a level 1 and level 2 CrossFit Instructor.
I am a Certified Emotional Intelligence Trainer.
And I am Certified through the Institute for the Psychology of Eating as a Mind Body Nutrition & Eating Psychology Coach and Practitioner.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.
My standard packages are for 3 months or 6 months, and the pricing is catered to the number of sessions and frequency we decide on. My minimum hourly rate is $75
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been an athlete since the age of 4, was a nationally ranked competitive collegiate cheerleader, and have competed in the CrossFit Games SoCal Regionals. I have also competed in and won a body building show.
My professional work started as a cheerleading and gymnastics coach over 12 years ago, and I have been a fitness and health coach for over 4 years now :)
What types of customers have you worked with?
I typically work with professional women, (with and without partners and children) ages 25-40. Most of my clients wish to do work pertaining to their relationship with food and body, as well as taking on new habits around fitness and food.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are looking to hire a health coach or Trainer, I think it is very important to be clear on what you want your results to be... are you looking for a quick fix, or are you willing to do the work to create sustainable change? Are you training for an athletic event? Or you want to simply create a consistent general fitness routine? I hope that helps!
