Introduction: The Mystic Rebel is a home for seekers of a different variety. We aim to bring whimsy and joy back into the mindfulness and healing arts. Maybe you’re an avid yogi, or maybe the word meditation makes you gag- wherever you are on the spectrum we have a spot for you here, where you can access tools and techniques to support whatever you are moving through while also remembering that life is supposed to be fun and a little messy. Perfectly imperfect is our goal, and we welcome whatever beautiful mess you bring with you. The Mystic Rebel brings yoga, meditation, and healing services with the intention of offering wellness practices that are grounded, accessible, and playful. We offer a variety of yoga and meditation classes for whatever level of experience you are at, as well as private healing and yoga sessions, curated special events, and so much more. We seek to create a holistic playground where trial and error is encouraged and there is no destination. Our Mantra: It's easy. We want to help you make life a little easier.
The Mystic Rebel is a healing endeavor created by Julia Albain and Ashlee Langas. Julia is a certified Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher, and Integrated Energy Therapy practitioner. She also leads meditation classes and group healing circles and ceremonies. Ashlee is lifelong dancer who completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training at Rising Lotus and started teaching in 2012. In her yoga classes she uses breath work, movement and meditation to help newcomers and expert practitioners alike find a little bit of peace and self-love.
We love what we do because we love watching people rewrite the stories around their minds, bodies, and spirits. Getting to participate in people's wellness and watch them grow and evolve is incredibly satisfying.

The Mystic Rebel Healing Collective! This is a beautiful, warm, healing space. It's intimate, inviting, and feels incredibly special. I am so excited to have access to meditation, yoga, and healing right in the heart of downtown. I can't recommend Julia & Ashlee enough, and the work they're doing.
I've done private Reiki sessions with Julia, been a part of her healing circles, and gone through the Reiki training with her, and she is truly incredible. Her work is powerful, and she is such a gentle and knowledgable healer and instructor. She's passionate about her work, and about teaching others how to incorporate and utilize healing and energy into their everyday lives. I've seen my own life transform through the work I've done with her, and I recommend her to anyone who is looking to open up their lives to more love, more joy, more connectedness. She is an advocate for creating community, and I know this space is going to be just that - a beautiful community for so many.

I took a yoga class with Ashlee this morning. It's a wonderful light airy space, and Ashlee surpassed all my expectations as a teacher. She was intuitive and radiated calm, and really worked with me to understand and customize around the limitations of my body. I would highly recommend Ashlee and the Mystic Rebel - can't wait to come back!

I've been training with Ashlee for 11 months. My two kids/busy life/neglected body has been turned around and is strong, defined and able to wear tank tops again. All achieved under the funny, kind, gentle guidance of the first trainer that has kept me on board for long enough to see these kinds of results!

I have been doing private training and yoga with Ashlee and she has quite literally changed my life. I had forgotten how strong and brave I can be. She has the kindest fun loving way. I never feel like giving up. And then when we're done, I can't believe what I did! She is magic.
