Plumbing Pipe Repair
They worked on a dripping pipe under the kitchen sink. After they fixed it, there was still a slow drip. They came back the next day and completely fixed it. Now there is no drip whatsoeverMar 16, 2019Verified
The original estimate was for $200 to repair a leak and rebuild my cabinet bottom. Once he arrived, the price went to $400 to repair a leak, replace the faucet and rebuild the cabinet. In the end, a leak was fixed, the faucet repaired (not replaced) and a new cabinet bottom was put in. I thought the price was high and should have been lower since the faucet wasn't replaced. The cabinet bottom was rotted to the foundation; however, he only replaced the floor of the cabinet, leaving 1/2 to 1 inch gap on the sides so the rotted moldy smell was still there. When he "treated" the wall, a hole was created. After he left, the leak returned. He came back the next day and said I must have "done something" - which I had not. He tightened the pipes and left the water running for five minutes to show me no leak; however, that water was only running in one sink. Later, when I tried the other sink - there was a leak. I'm sure he would have come back again to fix it but I was done with him. I hired yet another person, who replaced the garbage disposal (where the leak was coming from) and truly rebuilt my cabinet bottom, removing all the mold down to the concrete. I feel I was taken advantage of. His work was not worth $400.Jun 22, 2018VerifiedRodriguez construction and handyman work's reply
Hello, I’m sorry for the inconvenience i might have caused you. Before work got started we had a conversation on what was going to be done and for how much. Everything we discussed was taken care of and checked before leaving work. If for any reason you might have disagreed on price you could have told me and we could have worked something out. I don’t like the fact that you felt taken advantage of, because that is not what I do
I’ve waited a week to post because I was that upset with Jesus. Let me start by recognizing that there was a lot of work to be done. I showed Jesus the apartment, explained that his job was to repair the walls. He quoted me the cost. I did not one try to negotiate the cost because I the amount of work. The day of the job, I was unable to be there but my boyfriend stayed behind to make sure work was being done. From what I’m told, Jesus was over having to work 15 mins after starting to work. Pictures are worth a thousand words so take a look and you be the judge. I feel taken advantage of not only because of the quality of work, but also because it’s clear Jesus over stated his qualifications. A professional handyman would know better than to leave work unfinished, walls not sanded and over all a crappy job.Jan 27, 2018VerifiedRodriguez construction and handyman work's reply
It’s unfortunate that this is your opinion when otherwise was stated. I am competent in the work I provide and those pictures are not my work . How come you didn’t show my work what I did in your bathroom and rooms?
The whole team was very friendly and professional. Got the job done in a timely manner.Oct 16, 2018Verified
I hired Jesus to help with a lot of handy work that needed to be done in my rental home. He was timely, great with responding, honest, sincere and hard working. He did all the jobs that needed to be done in a timely manner and the quality was excellent. He was professional and had a great attitude! I would say he went above and beyond my expectations with his workmanship. I would highly recommend Jesus and would hire him again for any job I have in the future!Jul 24, 2018Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to discuss and make sure customers understand what work will get done so everyone is in the same page.
