Introduction: I am an events and hospitality specialist turned professional cook. After a round of working in high end and upscale casual restaurants in Los Angeles I have found that my passion lies outside of restaurants where I can work directly with my clients to create wonderful meals for them at home. I am comfortable with New American and globally inspired Californian cuisine as well as good old Southern comfort food, European cuisine and some Asian cuisine. I can confidently follow your dietary restrictions of any sort and source ingredients according to your value systems. I have relationships with farmers market vendors across LA and always have my hands on the best ingredients! Having previously worked extensively in the events space throughout Los Angeles at many high end properties such as hotels I can also confidently plan your parties from dinner to cocktails and entertainment and can source additional staff, as needed, through my large network. In addition to making meals for you at your home or teaching you to make your favorite dish I am also available to prep meals for you in advance at my home (then deliver them to yours) or at your home. i work very clean and quietly and am personable and professional at all times. i am also comfortable around children of all sorts. Further, I hold a managerial level Servsafe (food handlers) certification so you can be assured that your food will be handled with the upmost care.
