I have nothing but good things to say about Right Time Rooter. I had an emergency situation and Anthony from Right Time arrived within 30 minutes. He quickly assessed the problem, patched it up and made preparations to properly fix the piping that was poorly installed by the original plumber. Anthony and his team proved to be extremely knowledgeable and super professional. Work was completed in a very timely fashion with as little disruption to our business as possible. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?After making the initial contact via phone or email, a Right Time Rooter technician makes an appointment to go the location. An assessment of the need is made, potential solutions are given then, pricing and length of time are discussed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?With my years of experience has given me the best possible training there is in the business. I have been training in some of the state of the art new products such as pipe bursting, to liners, to leak detection. I have successfully participated in seminars on customer service; personal development, leadership, and how to deal with clients that are upset and turn them into raving fans.
