- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for long-term stays. Our pricing is competitive but not bargain. I would caution customers about boarding their pets with bargain-priced services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial conversation with the dog owner and acceptance, we send the owner a detailed questionnaire about their pup. We meet with the pups individually and perform a temperament test. If the pup passes the test, we move forward to contracting for boarding/daycare.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We previously worked as dog walkers and dog trainers. We chose to narrow our focus to petsitting exclusively. We are trained in CPR and first aid for humans and dogs/cats.
