I have been working with Tara for over 8 months and have seen great results. I am sleeping better, my hormones are a lot more balanced so my PMS and depression bouts are now few and far between, she’s helped with the tension in my back and teeth grinding that caused headaches, and most importantly, her work along with other natural things like herbs and supplements has massively reduced my menstrual cramps. Tara is always professional, kind and clearly cares about her clients, always going the extra mile for me when I have questions outside of our appointments. I highly recommend her!

I've had Tara treat me several times for various reasons - sick with the flu, extreme muscle pain/ soreness, tweaked neck, sciatica pain, etc. She has used both acupuncture and cupping. My body responds extremely well to cupping and in times where I have had severe back or neck pain cupping along with an electric stem via acupuncture had me feeling like an improved person after coming off the table. Tara is very knowledgeable and passionate and will even educate you along the way as her goal is for you to achieve optimal health by gaining a proper balance in life. She has two great locations and will even do house calls. I highly recommend her!
