I was highly pleased with Golden Winter Roofing. Due to that last 30 year California rain storm, I had a major roof leak that damaged a window and flooded the carpeting. I had 3 bids and Santiago not only had the lowest price, he obviously knew what he was talking about. Santiago set up the job and his crew came on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up immaculately. I waited to review until our next storm and can report the roof is perfect, no leaks. I don’t always take the lowest bid because I want quality. However in Santiago and Golden Winter Roofing you get both. Great quality at a fair price. I could not have asked for better job. We recently had Golden Winter Roofing out to install an attic fan to regulate heat in our garage. They did amazing work, were very informative, offered very fair pricing, and were very professional while working in our home. I met Santiago through Thumbtack in July, needed an estimate for a roof repair and shingles to be replaced. We had 6 estimates from various companies and we chose Golden Winter Roofing..not because of the price, but because of the chemistry we had with him and his professionalism..he was a man with a great attitude and work ethics..We met with him again in August to sign the contract and hired him and his team to do our roof. The finished product is amazing..the roof is beautiful. He and his team repaired the big chunk on the front left side that looked like a dinosaur had bit a chunk off, lol. There was an oak tree that had the bark beatle about 5 years ago that had to be cut down, and when it was cut down no one repaired it. It is now totally repaired and looks great. If you are looking for a company to work with, I highly recommend Santiago and his team at Golden Winter Roofing...,.............Sam and Janice Lecharoen

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25 years of experience in the field. I started as a helper, at that time I was in junior high school. during vacation I used to work to earn money to afford my personal expenses during next school season. I was really interested in learning how to install all types of Roofing material. A house with a professional roof being installed it looks beautiful. that was one of the things I really liked after the job being done
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Since i was little i wanted to be an engineer I've always loved doing construccion. During vacation time I worked as a helper with friends.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Many different types of customers. Many of them very nice and easy to work with. some others not very easy for them to select the type of material or colors they want to be used on their roof.
