My freezer wasn’t working and I found Shata appliance online. I called in the evening and Andrew came with in hour.Andrew was very reasonable and gave me a good price.we made an appointment and he showed up exactly on time. He showed me the issue and the steps he took to fix it. He also made recommendations how to use Sab ziro fridge. Both my freezer and fridge are working better than ever. He is very honest and knowledgeable. I highly recommended!

Andrey came out the same day to look at my broken washing machine. He diagnosed the problem, and he was totally direct about whether it was worth a repair versus buying a new washer. I appreciate the honesty and respect he showed me. I bought a new washer, but will definitely use this service in the future if I have any other issues.
