I have been doing yoga for ten years and have practiced with many studios and instructors over the years. Yifat introduced me to Yin yoga which I love. Since then I have tried it with other instructoes but she is the best. Her class is relaxing but still leaves me feeling like I had a great stretch. It has really helped with some of my back issues. I love that she is very hands on with massage and adjustments - it really helps me get into a meditative state during class. Yifat really cares about her clients and is always a pleasure. I would highly recommend Yifat!

I always feel much better after a session with Yifat. Yoga with her is the best way to end the day! I've never had a yoga instructor incorporate massage into the class and it's really special.
