FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm negotiable when it come to pricing. If clients have majority of the planning done and ask me for same day coordination, I have different packages available for the client to choose from. The packages vary from same day coordination to full planning to setup to teardown.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet either face-to -face or internet with the client and get their vision of what their event would look like to them. Then, I would have them to look at my previous work, color swatches, and fabrics. I would also, go over a checklist of what have already been taken care of and what needs to be done. Then, we would run down different vendors in the area for rentals, bakeries, DJs and venues. Lastly, talk about their budget. Before parting ways, we would discuss next meeting time to look at progression.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've done internships with catering and event planning companies in college and frequently attend Bridal shows and expos on the east and west coast. This always enhance my knowledge on the newest trends of what my clients are looking for and seeing their vision from another lense.
