- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yoga classes are 60 minutes: * Private lessons $50 * Group classes $65 * Corporate classes $75 Reiki sessions are only privates and the cost for 60 minutes is $65.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have you ever practiced Yoga before? That is the first question I ask to new costumers. If the answer is yes, what kind and for how long? Then we have a conversation about their lifestyle like what type of work they do, patterns of sleep, eating, if the have any injuries or medical issues I should know and of course, what are their expectations for their yoga practice. All that will give me a reference how should I start working with my costumers.
