Introduction: My name is Paige and yoga is my passion. I completed my LifePower 200 hour teacher training in 2017. My training was extremely comprehensive - we studied everything from the history of yoga, to yoga philosophy, to human anatomy and physiology.
I'm certified in a variety of formats including Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Yin, Root, as well as meditation. I love designing classes to meet individual needs whether that be working with an injury or working toward a goal, such as improving strength or flexibility.
My goal is to share Yoga with all those who have a desire to learn about this healing, empowering practice, and to make yoga accessible for everyone.
