- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The Designer will go over pricing and take the measurements necessary to give you the cost on the product of your choosing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We value customer service and quality of work! We get an idea of your style preferences by asking you to come to our Showroom and look at the various surface options. You meet with a designer who coordinates with you on measurements and estimates as well as designing your project. They can come to your home with specific samples in order to get the exact items you are looking for in your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have worked in the surface industry for home and commercial improvement projects for over 25 years.
